Ingredients

  • 24 x pre made mini savoury pastry cases

  • 220gm Ornelle Double Cream Brie

  • 24tsp Wild West Gourmet Beetroot Relish

  • Sprigs of Rosemary

Directions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 110 degrees celsius
  • Line the pastry cases up on a lined baking tray
  • Add a chunk of Brie to each that is just larger than an average dice in size
  • Add a generous teaspoon of beetroot relish - arrange so that the cheese is still showing
  • Garnish with a few Rosemary leaves (optional)
  • Place the tarts into the pre-heated oven. Keep an eye on them. You want the cheese to be soft, creamy and melting, but not bubbly and hot
