  • Where does Wild West Gourmet ship to?

    New Zealand
We ship everywhere within New Zealand - freight costs are calculated at checkout and are based on weight.

    Rest of the World
We ship to most countries. If you live outside New Zealand or would like to send a gift overseas, email us at hello@wildwestgourmet.co.nz and we can do a custom order for you.

  • Are your products gluten free?

Most of our products contain wheat flour and/or gluten. Our Kūmara and Banana Chutney has not been made with ingredients that contain wheat flour or gluten, but we cannot guarantee that it is gluten free.

  • How do you say 'Worcester'?

Worchester ... worsissestershire ... we hear heaps of variations! It's a bit easier than it looks though. The answer is 'woo-stuh'.

  • Do you sponsor groups, clubs, etc?

We are committed to supporting our local community through sponsorships of local events, charities, and clubs. If you would like to request sponsorship, please click here to apply. Please note that any sponsorship requests received through any other channels will not be considered.

  • Where can I buy your products?

There are several places you can find our products. Click here to visit our Stockists page. We're busy growing this network, and will keep adding to it.

You can also purchase online at www.wildwestgourmet.co.nz/shop.

We attend a number of events and markets across the year, so there's lots of chances to catch us in person if you're in the upper North Island. Check out our upcoming markets and shows by clicking here.

  • What produce do you source locally?

We are lucky enough to have two regular suppliers of produce. We purchase beetroot and onions for our Sweet Beetroot Relish, from Bream Bay Home Grown in Ruakaka.

Our bananas are supplied by Grow4U, also in Ruakaka. The bananas are sourced from a network of plantations within the Whangārei district.

Finally, we source our kūmara direct from Kaipara - the kūmara growing capital of New Zealand, and just down the road from us!

  • Help! My item hasn't arrived/is damaged!

    My order hasn't arrived
Well, that sucks! Please email hello@wildwestgourmet.co.nz, preferably forward your order confirmation email. We will look into it from there.

    My order arrived damaged
That's super disappointing, sorry! Please email  hello@wildwestgourmet.co.nz with details of your order. Please describe the damage, and also send us photos of the packaging, and the damage. We'll get back to you pronto to sort it out!

  • I've changed my mind, can I return my order?

Buyers regret? We're sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we can't accept refunds because of a change of mind.
