Being invited to demo our products was really exciting
Wild West Gourmet had the privilege of demonstrating our products in the NEFF test kitchen, located within the UnserHaus Showroom in Parnell, Auckland.
The invitation came from none other than the organisers of The Food Show Auckland and The Sunday Star Times. The task was simple yet exciting: to cook a dish using our Wild West Gourmet products and showcase their versatility.
The UnserHaus Showroom was a sight to behold, with a variety of high-quality brands on display. The NEFF test kitchen, with its fabulous cooking island and an impressive range of wall ovens, was the star of the show.
We decided to prepare Lamb Sliders for the demonstration. This recipe, featuring our Ghost Pepper Worcester Sauce, Kūmara and Banana Chutney, and Fragrant Seasoning Spice Blend, is not only delicious but also quick and easy to prepare. Topped with a light garlic yoghurt, these sliders were a hit!
Throughout the cooking process, we had a photographer capturing the moments, and we answered questions about our product choices. After the tasting, we had an engaging conversation with Craig Hoyle from The Sunday Star Times about our journey in this exciting industry.
This experience has further fuelled our enthusiasm for the upcoming Food Show this month!
