Our Ghost Pepper Worcester Sauce is made to a generations old recipe with the special addition of Bhut Jolokia – Ghost Pepper. Crafted in small batches and aged for a minimum of six months this creates a sauce that is mature and smooth flavoured but with a fiery heat! The perfect addition to any dish. This is the one product that you won’t be able to do without!
INGREDIENTS: Sauce base (malt vinegar (colour (150c)), brown sugar, wheat flour, onions, spices, salt), treacle (sugar, water), licorice confectionery (glucose syrup, wheat flour, cane sugar, molasses, treacle, licorice extract (3.0%), humectant (420), colour (150c, 153), rice bran oil, salt, emulsifier (471), aniseed oil, glazing agent (903)), bhut jolokia 1%
Contains wheat flour, gluten. May contain sulphites.

Each sauce enhances every dish in its own way, the ghost pepper makes baby back pork spare ribs pop with flavour with a hint of heat. The original sauce adds some nice flavour to a lamb roast. Onion/ beetroot relish is amazing to have with steak or with pulled pork in soft shell tacos. I would never buy anything else now.

I thought the hot chilli and ghost pepper were particularly good mixing in sauces or through uncooked meat before cooking. The original was used more as a topper on my breakfast.
I will say some people could not guess what the yummy difference was.
The ghost pepper was to be added with caution as not to overpower meals.

WOW when it says hot, by golly it is hot, even I liked it and I don’t normally eat very hot sauces, the flavour is also there, not just heat which comes a few seconds after the flavour. Whilst at the show in Whangarei, I also tried the Sweet beetroot relish that was also delicious.

Brought the sauces as a gift for my dad as he loves himself some hot sauce. The beetroot relish is my personal favourite although I can’t fault the onion relish. They go great so far with crackers, ham sandwiches, luncheon sandwiches and the cheeseboard. They are just mouth watering and look as good as they taste.
