- While we oversee your order from the moment it’s placed to the moment it arrives, fulfilment and logistics are managed on our behalf to ensure consistent and timely service

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. These charges include the cost of postage, packaging, and handling
- We do not profit from shipping fees – our goal is to keep them fair and transparent
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or sales events, processing times may be extended slightly. We’ll notify you promptly of any delays
Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery within New Zealand typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch
- Rural and remote areas may take longer. All orders are sent with tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking details via email once your parcel is on its way
Delivery Issues and Responsibility
- Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier company. However, we are always here to help resolve any issues that arise. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us
