Time honoured recipes
Wild West Gourmet products are made by hand, to time honoured recipes, using traditional techniques.
Quality ingredients
We source only the best ingredients, with a focus on local first. Our beetroot and onions are grown in nearby Ruakaka. Bananas are supplied through a network of plantations in the Whangārei district, and kūmara from Dargaville. Wild West Gourmet products are a true taste of Northland.
Ageing to perfection
Time is the key to quality with our aged, small batch Worcester Sauce range. It's patience that gives our Worcester Sauce that smooth, yet full flavoured punch.
Innovating and improving
Always thinking about new products that can be added seasonally, permanently, or even just as a pop up. Especially focusing on using rescued fruit that may otherwise not be used.
Being mindful of our surroundings
Ensuring waste is minimised and disposed of thoughtfully, as well as being careful to keep our pristine surrounds clean is front of mind - always. Using the whole fruit or vegetable where possible, or with minimal trimmings to reduce food waste.
